  • Our photobooth setup requires approximately 8x8 feet of space. This ensures there’s plenty of room for guests to interact and for our equipment. Don’t have that much space? Let us know, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

  • We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons (like weddings or holiday events). However, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability!

  • Yes, we provide a professional attendant to help guests, ensure the booth runs smoothly, and assist with printouts. The attendant will also make sure everything is set up and ready to go before your event starts.

  • Absolutely! We offer fully customizable prints with your event’s name, date, logo, or theme. Whether you want a 2x6 strip or a 4x6 postcard, we can design it to suit your style.

  • Yes! After the event, all photos and GIFs will be available in a digital gallery, and guests can download their images directly from there. We also offer instant sharing options via text or email during the event.

  • Yes! Your guests can instantly share their photos on social media directly from the booth, or we can provide a hashtag for your event to make it easy for everyone to post.

  • We understand that plans can change! Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policies in the terms and conditions. We recommend notifying us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your request.

  • We can set up outdoors, but it depends on the weather conditions and the availability of a shaded area. Our booths are sensitive to extreme weather conditions like rain, so it’s always best to have an indoor backup.
